1. Price and scope
The base price is $49 USD per matter. Applicable tax is displayed before payment. Each additional matter requires a separate purchase. There is no automatic renewal, monthly subscription, account-wide purchase, or separate professional tier.
The purchase provides 12 calendar months of editing in the preparation, document and collaboration workspace, beginning at verified payment confirmation. Calendar anniversaries use UTC; a February 29 anniversary is February 28 in a non-leap year. Professional permissions and legal-content release restrictions continue to apply independently.
2. After editing ends
Viewing and exporting remain available after editing expires or a full refund, subject to your current authorization for the matter and lawful security or retention restrictions. No new payment is taken automatically. A new editing period requires a separate, express purchase.
3. Full-refund requests
You may request a full refund within 14 days of verified payment confirmation through the matter payment record or the published support channel. The recorded request time determines eligibility; operator processing delays do not shorten the window. A full refund includes the amount paid, including collected tax, and revokes editing access when confirmed. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Only the purchaser may request a payment refund in the application. Authorized operators process requests through an audited workflow. A request is not itself a confirmed refund. Stripe and the payment method determine when returned funds appear.
4. Secure checkout and confirmation
An authorized signed-in user must select an existing matter and accept the current Terms and Billing Policy. The server binds the purchaser, matter, approved price and policy versions to the payment reservation. Stripe collects payment details. Returning from Checkout does not grant access; only verified provider confirmation can do so.
5. Markets and taxes
Purchases are available only in sales countries whose payment and tax requirements have been resolved. The transaction currency is USD. Wayfinder will not enable a sales market simply because Stripe supports payments there. The final applicable tax and total are displayed before payment.
6. Failed, reversed and disputed payments
Pending or failed payments do not grant editing access. Payment-verification failures and unresolved disputes restrict editing. Full refunds revoke editing; partial refunds do not extend the original editing period. A resolved dispute cannot restart or extend an expired editing period.
7. Excluded costs and services
Government filing, biometrics, medical, translation, police-certificate, civil-record, courier, travel and professional fees are separate. Wayfinder does not represent you, file applications, access government accounts, sign, pay government fees, or guarantee eligibility, approval, admission or any immigration outcome. Research-only routes remain research-only after payment.
