1. The service
Wayfinder provides software for immigration research, structured intake, document organization, form preparation where a reviewed pathway pack is available, and controlled collaboration. Wayfinder is not a law firm, does not represent a user before a government authority, and does not decide eligibility or legal strategy.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service only for matters you are authorized to access. An invitation to a matter grants platform access only. Representation, professional scope, and authority to act must be established separately.
3. Your case record
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of answers, uploaded documents, translations, and instructions you provide. You must review every official form, declaration, fee, signature, filing address, portal instruction, and submission package before it is sent. Government instructions and applicable law control if they differ from Wayfinder content.
4. Professional use
Attorneys and accredited representatives remain responsible for competence, authorization, conflicts, supervision, independent legal judgment, client communication, and professional obligations. A profile or platform verification record is point-in-time information, not a guarantee of current standing or competence.
5. Matter access and payment
Matter Access has a base price of $49 USD per selected matter, plus applicable tax shown before payment. Verified payment provides 12 calendar months of editing. You may request a full refund within 14 days of verified payment. Viewing and exporting remain available after editing expires or is revoked by a full refund, subject to current matter authorization. There is no automatic renewal; each additional matter or editing period requires an express purchase. Checkout opens only after payment, support and applicable market requirements are verified. 6. Acceptable use
You may not use Wayfinder to submit false information, impersonate another person, access a matter without permission, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, scrape protected records, interfere with the service, or violate law or another person's rights.
7. External authorities and services
Government websites, payment services, identity providers, document issuers, and professional registries are independent services. Their availability, rules, decisions, and processing are outside Wayfinder's control. A preparation record is not filed merely because it is complete in Wayfinder.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be corrected, restricted, suspended, or changed to protect users, comply with law, respond to official-source changes, or maintain the service. Wayfinder may place a hold on content or a matter when a source, form edition, scope condition, or security issue requires review.
9. No outcome guarantee
Wayfinder does not guarantee eligibility, completeness accepted by an authority, approval, processing time, admission, status, employment authorization, or any other immigration outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for legal and government processes.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. Wayfinder may restrict access for abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms, while preserving records where required for security, disputes, legal holds, or applicable retention duties. Refund and dispute restrictions are described in the Billing Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
11. Policy updates
Material updates will be identified by a new effective date. Use of paid matter features after a material update may require acceptance of the revised terms. Accepting revised terms does not authorize a new charge. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
