1. Not a law firm or legal advice
Wayfinder is not a law firm, does not represent you, and does not provide a legal opinion about eligibility, strategy, admissibility, status, deadlines, or likely outcomes. General information, checklists, prompts, and software-generated records are not a substitute for advice from a qualified immigration professional who has reviewed the complete facts.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Using Wayfinder, inviting a professional, viewing a professional profile, or sharing a workspace does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Representation, scope, fees, conflicts, termination, and authority to act must be established separately under the professional rules and law that apply.
3. Country and pathway coverage
The country repository reports the research and preparation coverage actually published for each country. A searchable country page does not mean Wayfinder has released forms, eligibility guidance, country-document rules, monitoring, or a filing channel for every pathway involving that country. Unpublished or research-only coverage must not be treated as a complete checklist.
4. Official sources control
Government instructions, statutes, regulations, official forms, current fees, filing addresses, portal requirements, and case-specific authority requests control. Sources and forms can change without notice. Wayfinder may flag a detected change or place a hold on preparation, but users and professionals must confirm the live controlling requirements before relying on a record.
5. Forms and case information
Users are responsible for complete and accurate answers, documents, translations, dates, signatures, and disclosures. Autofill and preparation features can transfer recorded information, but they cannot determine whether an answer is legally sufficient or whether facts have been omitted. Every official form and submission package must be reviewed by the responsible person before use.
6. Filing and government decisions
Wayfinder does not directly submit filings through the workflows currently published. A filing handoff or filing-history record documents an external process; it is not proof that an authority received, accepted, approved, or adjudicated a filing. Only the responsible authority can issue an official receipt, request, decision, status, or benefit.
7. Professional and urgent review
Professional profile and verification records are point-in-time platform controls, not guarantees of competence, current good standing, or authority in a particular matter. Seek qualified help for legal analysis. Do not rely on the platform for an emergency, a filing deadline, detention, removal proceedings, expiring status, or another time-sensitive situation.
8. Payments and outcomes
Wayfinder is not currently accepting payment. Any future one-time matter purchase will cover only the software scope published for the selected matter and will not include government or professional costs or guarantee eligibility, acceptance, processing time, approval, entry, status, or any other immigration outcome. The exact price, scope, access duration, and refund terms remain pending. See the Billing Policy and Terms of Service.
