Labour assigns ordinary work-permit filing to the employer with original/certified evidence, English translations and route fees; permanent residents generally still need a permit. Immigration status is separate. CARICOM/OECS routes require qualifying citizenship or documents and live confirmation. Ordinary residence and citizenship run through Home Affairs and Immigration; read Cap 54 with Citizenship Amendment Acts 20/2012 and 4/2016. CBI runs through IMA and authorised agents. Reconcile the current Act, Regulations, IMA guidance, SRO 15/2024, agent status, thresholds, restrictions, source-of-funds, due-diligence, interview, payment and timing instructions per matter. Act 19/2025 creates an ECCIRA agreement framework but requires a ministerial Gazette commencement order; none was verified, so infer no operational transfer. UNHCR processes Grenada-referred asylum claims and identifies no dedicated domestic refugee/statelessness framework. Claims require confidential facts, separate adult interviews, genuine documents and a human decision; service is free, with a 30-day refusal appeal. Apostille records establish only authentication scope. Data Protection Act 1/2023 awaits commencement; infer no operative privacy regulator or enforcement power without the Order. Government, court and professional channels are separate. A 2025 ECSC digest contains a case-specific legal-aid order, not a current general public application or eligibility route. ECSC ELP requires approved registration, credentials, PDF filing and portal payment; self-represented users must use the service bureau. support.gov.gd is credentialed and must not be automated. pay.gov.gd said online payments were unavailable on 2026-07-18. No reusable public API for immigration, CBI, asylum, court or civil filing, payment, status, decisions or legal updates was verified. Do not automate credentials/OTP/CAPTCHA, identity proofing, signatures/declarations, employer/agent acts, authenticated sessions, originals/certification, police/medical evidence, interviews, biometrics, oaths/attestations, payment, service, submission, polling, appeal, collection or authority contact. On the action date verify operative law, authority, route, nationality/document class, actor/account/standing/mandate, source health, form edition, evidence, translation/authentication, signature/personal stage, fee/channel/deadline, receipt, decision and review. Fees and estimates vary by authority, location, route and date; government, court, agent and attorney charges are separate. Representative participation

Representation is route-, authority-, actor-, account-, standing-, mandate-, date-, form-, fee-, deadline- and personal-stage-specific. Verify Grenada counsel against the General Legal Council current practising-certificate list; listing or workspace access does not itself establish authority. A user may prepare a matter personally and add counsel later. An invitation, retainer, scope record or per-matter payment permits only acts accepted by the authority; it creates no blanket immigration, court or CBI filing authority. CBI applicants cannot file directly: the live IMA guide requires an authorised International Marketing Agent and Authorized Local Agent, with applicant/local-agent contact and submission controlled by that route. Ordinary immigration, Labour, Home Affairs, Foreign Affairs, UNHCR and ECSC procedures retain different actors. ELP accounts and service-bureau rules are credentialed and role-bound. The matter owner retains facts, declarations, passports, originals, certified copies, signatures, biometrics, medical and police evidence, interviews, oaths, attestations, payments, identity checks and collection unless the live rule expressly accepts representation. Never share or automate passwords, email links, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers, signatures, declarations, payment instruments or authenticated sessions. Attorney access is not gated by a mandatory platform “Define scope” step; scope and authorization are handled with counsel where legally required.
