Greenland is an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, not an independent state, EU member or Schengen participant. The Self-Government Act lists aliens and border control as transferable, but current official responsibility records do not establish that Greenland has assumed the field; nationality remains reserved to the Realm. Greenland Aliens Order consolidation no. 184 of 14 February 2025 is the current public baseline, read with order no. 759/2023 and every later instrument expressly commenced for Greenland. Danish Aliens Act amendments, EU instruments, Danish routes and proposals do not apply automatically. Law no. 1702/2024 contains Greenland commencement powers but does not itself prove commencement. Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands have distinct visa, residence and work regimes; permission in one does not generally confer Greenland rights. From 20 March 2026, a third-country national may use a physical residence permit from Denmark or another Schengen country, and qualifying EU free-movement residence cards, for the stated Greenland entry rule with a valid travel document; a Schengen D visa alone or a Denmark C visa lacking Greenland validity still does not suffice. This narrow entry rule grants no residence or work status. Greenland is outside Schengen, but the official EES FAQ says EES records covered short-stay crossings at Greenland's external borders and has been fully operational since 10 April 2026. EES is a border record, not admission, visa, residence, work or filing authority; do not infer ETIAS operation or territorial effect. Nordic treatment is distinct; EU, EEA and Swiss free movement does not apply. The Danish Immigration Service handles visa, family, protection and permanent residence. SIRI handles work, Fast Track, study, PhD and accompanying family with Greenland input. A municipal foreign-labour permit is separate from a SIRI residence and work permit. The August 2025 practice change permits up to two-year work permits; a new employer or position may require a new permit. GL1/5 became digital in February 2026 and GL2 in May 2026. GL1/5 divides employer and applicant stages; GL2 is applicant-controlled. Both are human-facing applications with MitID or hand-signed declarations and temporary print alternatives. My Page is not a universal status API. No reusable public API for filing, payment, status, decisions or legal updates was verified. Do not automate login, MitID, email links, OTP, CAPTCHA, identity proofing, declarations, signatures, payment, appointments, interviews, biometrics, originals, final submission, service, collection, polling, appeals or authority contact. Route-specific representation replaces no personal facts, testimony, identity checks, declarations or attendance. Protection requires confidential human fact development and an authority decision. The 1951 Refugee Convention has an express Greenland territorial record; require express territorial evidence for every other treaty or supranational instrument. Danish citizenship, Greenland residence and passport entitlement are separate; nationality routes retain distinct forms, authorities, fees and personal acts. Immigration, labour, business, tax, healthcare, civil records, courts, professional recognition, data protection and authentication remain separate. Greenland's personal-data regime is territory-specific; GDPR or Denmark guidance does not establish Wayfinder's lawful basis, data roles, retention, transfers, security or DPIA result. Verify every form's edition, territorial law, route, office, actor, account, mandate, evidence, language, authentication, signature, personal stage, fee, channel and deadline on filing date. Many SIRI Greenland routes state no processing fee, but other services may charge separately; never infer a fee or payment authority. Wayfinder bills per matter only, never monthly; platform payment is not a government fee and creates no representation, eligibility, filing authority or outcome. Supplemental treaty records establish only stated territorial status and create no domestic route, form, fee or eligibility. Stop on stale, conflicting, proposal-only, untranslated, Denmark-only or territorially unsupported material. This catalogue activates no pathway, form pack, fee engine, representative filing, portal action, legal advice or government submission.

Representative participation

Representation is route-, authority-, actor-, account-, mandate-, date-, form-, deadline- and personal-stage-specific. The current Greenland work route says an employer may receive power of attorney to apply for the worker, while work extensions require power of attorney when another person submits. Digital GL1/5 divides employer and applicant stages; digital GL2 is applicant-controlled. In defined Greenland refusal appeals, certain lawyers, legal-aid representatives or close relatives may act without written power of attorney, while other representatives need one. These narrow rules create no universal representative access. Verify the exact route, competent authority, current form or portal, representative identity and standing, scope, conflicts, recipient acceptance and every personal stage. The applicant or account owner retains MitID, emailed invitation links, credentials, declarations, identity evidence, signatures, biometrics, interviews, originals, payment instruments and authenticated sessions. Active attorney membership, workspace access, a scope record or per-matter payment does not itself establish authority. My Page, GL1/5 and GL2 expose no reusable public filing, payment, status or decision API. Never share or automate MitID, email links, passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers, signatures, declarations, payment instruments or sessions. The matter owner reviews every draft; only an authorised human performs any final application, appeal, authority contact, payment or collection through the live official channel.
