Preparation pathways for Greece
These are narrow, versioned workflows for immigration to this country. A released pack does not establish eligibility or authorize filing.
No destination preparation pathway is available for Greece.
You may still create a research-only matter and store private intake information. Wayfinder will not present official forms, document checklists, readiness, or filing steps as available for this destination until a pathway-specific pack is researched, tested, and approved.

This record identifies the government authority and current channel boundaries. It is independent from whether Wayfinder has released a preparation pathway.

Filing boundary
Research-only catalogue observed 2026-07-18; not legal advice, eligibility, completeness, filing instruction or authority confirmation. It binds 156 unique HTTPS sources: 56 core, 94 broader-only and 6 supplemental; core and broader overlap only on their locked first six. Monitoring is manual and not configured. Automated updates may snapshot allowlisted public sources and create source-cited human-review drafts only; none may publish law, rules, routes, forms, fees, status or capability. Law 5038/2023 is the Migration Code baseline in force since 31 March 2024, read with Law 5275/2026 and every current amendment, implementing act and transition. Law 5307/2026 and directly applicable EU Pact instruments now control major asylum, appeal, screening, border and return procedures. Older official pages citing Laws 4251/2014, 4636/2019 or 4939/2022 are route, history or conflict sources only and cannot establish current law by themselves. The Ministry-hosted Law 5275 PDF filename suggests 2025, but the official record is Gazette A17 of 6 February 2026; verify content, not the filename. Visa, admission, EES recording, ETIAS authorization, residence, work, study, family, EU free movement, asylum, temporary protection, long-term status, citizenship and civil documents are separate workflows. EES has been fully operational since 10 April 2026 for covered travellers; it records border movements and does not grant admission, a visa, residence or work permission. ETIAS is not accepting applications and is expected only in the last quarter of 2026 with its exact start unannounced. The Commission stay calculator carries a time-limited caveat through 6 October 2026 for certain single- and double-entry visas; do not use a calculator as a status decision. Route selection depends on nationality, passport, present status, purpose, duration, employer, sponsor, family relationship, authority, region and event date. The legal-migration portal covers named initial, renewal, reissue, exceptional-reasons and employer invitation services; portal availability does not prove eligibility, authority acceptance or API access. Gov.gr, the Ministry portal, Olomeleia, Taxisnet, e-Paravolo and other public services are human-facing systems. No reusable public API for filing, payment, status, decisions or legal updates was verified. Do not automate login, OTP, CAPTCHA, identity proofing, declarations, signatures, payment, appointments, interviews, biometrics, border steps, final submission, service, collection, status polling, appeals or authority contact. Do not collect or reuse credentials or authenticated sessions. An attorney may file only where current law and the live service accept the authorization; no representative replaces personal facts, testimony, credibility assessment, identity checks or required attendance. Asylum and protection require confidential human fact development and authority decision. Do not predict eligibility, manufacture testimony, coach false facts or automate interviews. Appeal and annulment deadlines depend on the served decision and current route; the 30-day annulment period stated for defined Law 5307 procedures is not a universal remedy. Temporary protection for covered displaced persons from Ukraine is currently extended through 4 March 2027; confirm personal scope and the current Greek-language notice because older English material may be stale. EU citizen registration, third-country family residence cards, Withdrawal Agreement documents and third-country residence permits have different authorities and evidence. Greek citizenship, residence status and passport entitlement are distinct; Ministry explanatory material and old codifications require current amendment review. e-Apostille, Hague Apostille, consular legalization, certified translation, certification of copies and recipient acceptance are separate. Authentication does not prove content truth or legal effect. Forms, PDFs and checklists are research candidates only; verify edition, governing law, route, competent office, actor, account, authorization, language, evidence, translation, authentication, signature, personal stage, fee, payment channel and deadline on filing date. e-Paravolo availability never authorizes Wayfinder to pay. Wayfinder bills per matter only, never monthly; platform payment is not a government fee and creates no representation, eligibility, filing authority or outcome. Privacy notices establish none of Wayfinder's lawful basis, data roles, retention, transfer, security or DPIA result; minimise sensitive data and fail closed. Supplemental treaty records establish only their stated status and create no domestic route, form, fee or eligibility. Stop on stale, conflicting, proposal-only, untranslated or unsupported material. This catalogue activates no pathway, form pack, fee engine, representative filing, portal action, legal advice or government submission.
Representative participation
Representation is route-, authority-, actor-, account-, mandate-, date-, form-, deadline- and personal-stage-specific. Gov.gr's initial exceptional-reasons residence-permit service permits filing by the applicant or, in stated cases, an attorney, parent or guardian; an attorney must upload authorization. The Ministry's electronic-renewal notice routes attorney filings through the Plenary of Greek Bar Associations portal. Law 5307/2026 permits defined asylum appeals to be signed and appearances made by an authorised lawyer, but preserves applicant-specific filing, signature, appearance, interview, evidence and deadline rules. These examples create no universal representative access. Verify the current route, competent office, lawyer identity and standing, written mandate, scope, conflicts, account owner, recipient acceptance, service method, deadline and every personal stage. A bar membership, invitation, workspace access, scope record or per-matter payment does not itself establish authority. Visa and consular steps, asylum registration and interviews, EES border recording, biometrics, identity proofing, civil-status acts, tax, employment, professional registration, signatures, oaths, originals, payment and collection remain personal or actor-specific where required. Never share or automate Taxisnet, banking, applicant, attorney or employer credentials, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, signatures, payment instruments or authenticated sessions. Matter owners review drafts; the authorised human uses the live official channel.
